This is the 12th year of industry recognition for URC’s Training Programs. This is unprecedented and clear confirmation of the expertise of our training team.
The Supply Chain Support award is important as our industry fights the headwinds of product delays and material shortages. URC’s product availability and field sales team continues to aid our current and future dealers.
Our Dealer Portal continues to evolve to aid our dealers in growing their businesses. Recent improvements include upgrading the landing page and launching an ecommerce parts solution for end-users. Planning continues for additional enhancements like a single, contemporary video source (think Netflix sorting) and better contact categorization.
In addition to our on-going dealer support, URC’s Dealer Programming recently launched a Certified Showroom Program to elevate our brand presence. Early results are positive. Watch social media for our campaign to celebrate these achievements.
