With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Alexandre Pinto is one of the leading practitioners in AI and data science today. During his impressive tenure in data science, he has designed and delivered data & AI strategies, governance, products and services for companies including Outra and Accenture. Dr. Alexandre Pinto holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the NOVA School of Science and Technology at the NOVA University of Lisbon. Dr. Pinto has extensive experience as a University Professor and Researcher in AI and is the recipient of a European Commission award for Excellent Innovation. He is also a Guest Lecturer at the Imperial College London.
Dr. Alexandre Pinto will take the reins of Signal AI’s Data Science function from Signal AI’s co-founder and Chief Data Scientist Dr Miguel Martinez, who will move into an NED position on the company’s board. Dr. Alexandre Pinto will lead efforts developing Signal AI’s signature technology from AIQ to the company’s proprietary knowledge graph that unlocks the power of unstructured data, producing critical insights for the enterprise.
