Dataiku, the platform for Everyday AI, today announced that it has successfully completed its Systems Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type I compliance, an important industry standard for cybersecurity controls and privacy. This achievement demonstrates Dataiku’s commitment to ensuring the highest standards of security and privacy for its prospects and customers.
Dataiku’s SOC 2 compliance was granted as a result of an independent audit and attestation completed by Ernst & Young. This compliance, which is published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, involves an in-depth review of a company’s policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they meet the highest standards for protecting sensitive data.
“As more and more organizations adopt Everyday AI, trust and transparency in the ways our systems process their information is more important than ever,” said Iris Lau, Senior Trust and Risk Manager at Dataiku. “Our SOC 2 compliance is a validation of our commitment to security and compliance, and our customers can feel confident that we are making investments to establish and maintain high levels of security and compliance.”
A significant part of the audit focused on Dataiku Online, the company’s online service that allows smaller, more agile organizations to access the full power of Dataiku’s flagship product without requiring IT teams to install and manage resources.
“Dataiku Online is fully hosted and managed by Dataiku, so it’s crucial that we are compliant with the highest cybersecurity standards,” said Louis-Philippe Kronek, GM Dataiku Online at Dataiku.
In addition to the SOC 2 compliance, Dataiku has also achieved ISO 27001 Certification for cybersecurity and risk management, further demonstrating the company’s expertise and commitment to security and compliance.
