Amelia Named the Leader in Intelligent Virtual Agents by Global Analyst Firm Zinnov

The independent analyst firm’s report on Hyper-Intelligent Automation highlights Amelia’s market leadership for the second consecutive year.

Amelia, the leading Enterprise Conversational AI software company, today announced that it has been recognized as the Leader in Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVAs) by third-party analyst firm Zinnov in the new report, Zinnov Zones: Hyper-Intelligent Automation, H1 2022. This is the second consecutive year that Zinnov has named Amelia the Leader in this category.

The new report from Zinnov evaluates vendors within seven hyper-intelligent automation technology zones. Among the 33 vendors analyzed within the IVA zone, Amelia earned the top rating.

Zinnov’s analysis of IVAs considers vendors’ Prowess and Scalability. The firm states Prowess encompasses a vendor’s capabilities across the Hyper-Intelligent Automation stack for Intelligent Virtual Agents, as well as its business model, market visibility, and pricing and deployment model, while Scalability includes a vendor’s financial health, depth of customer penetration, platform funding, and partner channel strength. Based on these criteria, Zinnov placed Amelia in the leader position for both Prowess and Scalability.
